Our five person crew manages every inch of hare vineyard by hand: from pruning, vine training, and harvesting by hand, this wine is a reflection of their meticulous work. Our cool climate site usually gives us low alcohol, high acid wines. Wild fermented for added complexity, and we barrel selected our five favorite barrels (including two brand new barrels crafted from estate harvested Oregon white oak) to ensure this wine had enough depth of flavor and texture to deserve its single vineyard status. Hand bottled unfiltered to create a wine that has the potential to age gracefully.
