Soft, juicy, and fresh, this wine was 25% whole cluster fermented, with 50% wild and 50% commercial yeasts, giving the wine a balance of ripe fruit and a hint of earth complexity. Barrel aged in Oregon Oak for 8 months to give it structure and a sense of place, then filtered prior to bottling to make it clean and easy drinking. Our first attempt at working with Southern Oregon Tempranillo, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and quaffabulity of this wine.
